This cabin is located on the picturesque island of Øksningøya in Bindal municipality, right in the heart of Helgeland’s diverse coastal landscape. With four bedrooms and space for five people, it’s suitable for families, groups of friends, or couples who want to stay close to the sea. With nearby fishing spots and hiking trails, guests can enjoy an authentic coastal experience.

The cabin is equipped with electricity, running water, a washing machine, refrigerator, and freezer. Heating is provided by two wood-burning stoves and electric heaters. Bed linen and towels are included, and beds are made up according to your group’s needs. The property offers views across the Bindalsfjord, and there is outdoor seating perfect for enjoying the evening sun. The hosts live nearby and provide boat transport to the island, either privately or via a scheduled passenger boat.

The stay can easily be combined with local activities such as fishing from land or boat, or a sailing trip with the traditional Nordland boat Faragut.
