Enjoy a three-course dinner in Aernie, inspired by Southern Sami and local food traditions from Helgeland.
The menu is based on ingredients from local producers and the nature around us, and will vary throughout the season depending on what is available.
We use reindeer meat, wild berries, traditional recipes as the basis for the menu, and all food is made from scratch.
During dinner, we give a short introduction to the dishes and some of the food traditions they are linked to.
The communication is personalized for each group, and in the relaxed atmosphere there is plenty of room to ask your own questions and learn more, lower your shoulders and have plenty of time for the food.
