The exhibitions provide background on why the area is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Explore stories about the fisherman farmer, the eider duck, the dunes and the interaction between people, birds and nature. Through presentations, images and artifacts, you'll gain insight into traditions that are still important on Vega. The visit is well suited as an introduction before you experience the island kingdom further. The exhibitions take place at the Vega World Heritage Center on Vega, and can be combined with a café, shop and information about the area.
