Yoga with Nature is a practice inspired by Sámi philosophy, where humans are seen as an integral part of nature's circle—not separate from it.
Join us for a unique yoga experience by the fjord, where we return to our roots and find the silence, the earth, and the breath that connects all living things. Here, we move in rhythm with the wind, the light, and the surrounding landscape, with respect for the earth beneath our feet.
During the session, you will experience how nature's energy is mirrored in your own body. Through breath, gentle movements, and mindful presence, you will feel the connection between yourself and the landscape. Yoga with Nature is a reminder of the balance between our inner and outer landscapes. Dress according to the weather and come breathe with nature.
