Skolo - an architectural gem in Herøy

Directions: Seløy is part of the island group Herøy, and is close to the large island Dønna. The islands has two ferry connections to the main land: Herøy–Søvik and Bjørn–Sandnessjøen. It is especially easy to get to and from Sandnessjøen, a town that has its own airport. If you are travelling by train to Mosjøen, there are frequent scheduled buses to Sandnessjøen.
