Top trip!
Guided trip to Rabothytta in Okstindan, about 2 hours from nearest town, which is Mo i Rana.
The trip is suitable for all archetypal and mountain-lovers who can walk in rough terrain and are in a ok physical shape.

The trip takes about 2 hours. It is about 5 km and 520 altitude meters. On the tour, participants will receive information about Klemet and his life and work. It will be told about the Okstindbreen and about research done on it, about Rabothytta, architecture / building and materials selection.
The tour will be arranged on Mondays and Wednesdays in the period 1 July to 31 August. Departure from Mo i Rana at 08.00. The trip will take 6-7 hours.
Participants must have their own food and drink. They must wear warm clothes and windproof / rainproof clothing. Participants must have good shoes suitable for a hike.

If the participants need a ride, Arctic Events can help with that. It will cost 100 per participant.
As an extra product, you can order simple tour on the glacier. It will cost 250,- kr extra.

Bring plenty of food and drink, and enjoy some chocolate or nuts. Pack food and clothing in a small backpack, about 20-30 liters. We recommend using steady and waterproof mountain shoes. Dress up according to the weather and bring extra clothes like thin woolen sweaters, thin wool socks, hat, gloves, wind jacket and trousers, seat plate and camera. The cottage has access to the toilet and wifi.
